I am able to ping my Netonix WS-12-250-AC after resetting it, but when I go to 192.168.1.20 in a web browser it says "
192.168.1.20 uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH " What am I doing wrong here? :popc:

Try an older browser (perhaps Internet Explorer) that still supports the old TLS and use it to upgrade the firmware on the switch.

So, Using a very old laptop, I was able to discover this switch. This laptop was running windows 7 and I used internet explorer. I upgraded its firmware and am now able to see it on any web browser.

Interestingly, before utilizing the old laptop, I attempted to enable Internet Explorer mode (IE mode) within microsoft Edge and still was unable to see the switch. Not sure if I was doing it wrong or what. anyways, Thanks for the help.

You need to enable TLS 1.0 on IE. This is under Internet Options (for Windows).
