Switch order

Not sure what is going on with the site, I am trying to checkout on a switch order and keep getting a message that my card was declined. Called the bank and they said they are not even getting a request from Netonix. This is the same card I just placed an Amazon order with and I am getting very frustrated and I can't even find a phone number to call and find anything out!!

Some people have reported issues with check out, here are the options. Keep in mind we did not write this web store it is Magento

Some are able to check out after upgrading browser, sometimes you need to force browser upgrades, in chrome click 3 vertical dots in upper right corner then select help and then about Google Chrome. REMEMBER TO RESTART CHROME AFTER UPGRADE

Use another browser and or computer

At checkout select pay via PayPal which directs you to their portal where you can use the same card but requires you to have a PayPal Account
Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.
Before you ask a question use the Search function to see it has been answered before.
To do an Advanced Search click the magnifying glass in the Search Box.
To upload pictures click the Upload attachment link below the BLUE SUBMIT BUTTON.
