Some basics they would need to know:
Sub-netting and routing
Ability to configure a Cisco router
Ubiquiti airMAX experience a PLUS
Decent amount of Linux experience
Starting salary dependent on ability, raises based on effort

WHT: Screw that. Got used to a 12 month skinny dipping season where I was living.

Sirch: Justin POPS in says a short and sweet statement then fades into the mist and vanishes once again.
WHT: Yeah...It would get foggy on the ocean side of the mountains west of Rodolfo Sanchez Taboada.
