Well I am not so sure I like the lightning Rod at the top, and definitely should NOT hook lightning rod cable tun into radios, this should be a dedicated isolated run to ground.

If one was to put a lightning rod at the top you would want the wire to the rod to be MUCH heavier than #4 or #6. I would use #2 or if I could afford it #1.

Take the site you have the most problems with and make a diagram like below but include rough dimensions on it.
