New Unit bad Power cord

I received a new WS-8-150 AC switch from Netonix directly and the power cord is bad. I replaced with a different one from another switch and the switch powered up. How do I get a new power cord?

I reviewed RMA, but it asked for MAC address to start and the switch is fine, just a bad cord.

Send an email to rma at netonix dot com and explain you got a bad power cord along with the MAC address of the unit and order #.

No response back from RMA team to date. I'm assuming the email was received, but no confirmation email was noted on my side. Please advise on the timeframe for the RMA process for smaller items. It is not a major item like a bad switch, but critical for me as I do not have extra power cords available currently to use. Thanks!
