Power reporting

We use netonix switches for power monitoring at all of our solar installations. Last night we had a site hit the low power threshold which generated hundreds of alerts throughout the night as the voltage fluctuated 24.1-24 and alerted every time. would it be easy to add a field for "voltage recovery" so that we only get 1 low voltage alert, and 1 voltage recovery alert when the system voltage passes the set value? Thx, Charles....

I'd also like to request this thanks.

Are you running v1.5.0rc6 ?

I "think" we changed something as to email alerts in v1.5.0rcX

Running 1.5.0 on ours.

I add to this request, we are running 1.4.9 on some switches and 1.5.0 in others, same issue, emails keep coming very fast.

More power issues, tons of alerts. We have these sent to text via email, so getting 100 of these is pretty frustrating. Any word on a fix?

OK so it's important that I understand what you want exactly and we discuss it before I add this in. So to re-iterate, what you want is another input box were you can set the voltage recovery box so even if the voltage crosses the voltage warning thresholds several times it will not send an alert unless it has already past the voltage recovery correct?

Or a more specific example, in this case, if the hypothetical voltage recovery is set to 25V, since it only fluctuates between 24.1 and 24 you won't see more than one email?

Hey everyone,

1.5.1rc7 is out. It should help prevent the warning voltage emails from being so hectic.

Will try the RC version. Basically we just want to be able to have 2 fields, one for low voltage, another for recovery so we know that its charging. Also, say the low voltage point is 12 volts. If the voltage fluctuates between 12 and 12.1 we will get (currently on older firmware, have yet to test the RC version) a lot of alerts. Hundreds sometimes.

Running 1.5.2 and now that we are hitting cloudy season waking up to 250 low voltage alerts from one single site as voltage goes from 23.5 to 23.6. Please help! Thx, Charles...
