Good afternoon, I have a Netonix WS-26 400-AC, and I had to perform a factory reset using the graphical interface.
Once I did this, I get ping responses to 192.168.1.20, but I can't access the graphical interface.
I tried other reset methods I found on the forum, but the same thing happens with all of them. I get ping responses, but I can't access the graphical interface.
I hope you can help me.

There was a sheet included with the unit in the box.

It has old firmware that is TLS v1.0.

It needs a firmware upgrade as browsers by default no longer support TLS v1.0.

You can use Firefox and lookup how to set min TLS to v1.0 for Firefox, its pretty easy.

Then you can get to UI and upgrade firmware to v1.5.26 and is fine then.
