NCS Switch doesn't know it's an NCS switch

We just deployed a new in box NCS WS-26-500-DC.
The switch doesn't seem to realize it's an NCS switch at the software level, and thus all ports with PoE enabled are registering ~25w or 24V and ~ 105W for 48VH.
This is causing a major issue for us, as it is severely limiting the number of ports we can enable PoE on. We were on 1.5.25, and reverted to 1.5.14 to see if it made a difference, as I know other switches on this version properly report NCS.
Is this something you can resolve remotely?
