VLANs Not Passing

Tue Feb 25, 2025 2:36 pm

Suddenly now, and with no change, a switch running 1.5.14 is failing to pass VLANs on one of its interfaces. I don't even know where to start here. If I try to assign an IP to the VLAN the switch becomes unresponsive, starts dropping pings and eventually rolls the configuration back. Until it rolls back I can't log into the web interface.

Seems I had to blow the VLAN away and recreate it... now it's working fine. I thought the VLAN issues were fixed?

Why running v1.5.14?

Why have you made the same complaint in 4 different threads?

Posting the issue in 4 places is not helpful.

Different issues.

One is a Q-in-Q issue, this is a configuration corruption issue and the other is a third issue.

Well if it is v1.5.25 which if not we don't address issues in old firmware. All issues should be in one post under v1.5.25 report issue thread not all over the place.

But we do not address issues on any firmware version but current, what are we supposed to do fix old code release v1.5.14B? That would be insane.
