Switch goes down TX running at 1000 Mbps

Issue with a Netonix WS-8-150-AC Firmware 1.5.12
A few weeks ago we had an issue at one of our towers. Everyone connected to the tower was without internet and our monitoring system said most of the devices on the tower were offline. When we logged into the switch remotely its RX was running 250-400 Mbps but Tx was a flat line at 1000 Mbps. We rebooted the switch and everything was good none of the equipment actually went down it just wasn't getting internet from the switch. About an hour later it went down again. We rebooted it again and it stayed up for about an hour. We did this three times before finally replacing the switch with a brand new switch with firmware 1.5.14 the switch was programmed from scratch, we didn't use the backup config from the old switch. We swapped out the old switch for the new switch and it worked without issue for a few weeks until last night when it did the same thing twice in a few hours. Flow control is enabled on most of the ports. In the past, we have had issues with flow control when the incoming feed is from a mimosa PTP link and have shut the flow control off on that port for all our tower sights. However, this is our main distribution sight the incoming feed is coming from an edgerouter 4 that is connected directly to fiber and the outgoing feeds are mimosa radios going to other tower sights. I think we are going to turn off flow control on all of the ports and see if that fixes it. The weird part is this never happened before at this site and the only change in the last two years has been firmware.

Has anyone seen anything similar or have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
