There is a problem communicating with the power supply

have a WS-12-250-DC and I upgraded it from 1.5.12 to 1.5.14 and not it says There is a problem communicating with the power supply
and now there isn't an input voltage and all the watts lines are error.
I have done this upgrade to a few of these and haven't had this problem. why this one and why now? it is connected 24V to a bank of 8 renogy LiFePo4 100Ah batteries.

can you try a power cycle to the switch?
