RMA Status

I shipped two switches in for repair on 2/15/2022

Number: 20220011
Date: 2/11/2022
Number: 20220012
Date: 2/11/2022


Both switches were shipped in the same box via UPS ground and tracking shows they were
delivered
on 2/17/2022. However I have not received any confirmation or communication at all.

Online status of both RMA's still only shows "issued"

Could some please give my an update?

Sorry your RMA got set to the side and buried, our fault.

Ian is entering the info and pictures of any damage into the RMA portal now.

So wait a bit then login to the portal and check.

I think he said those units were damaged but repaired so there will be a fee for the parts which will be explained in the comments section on how to pay for the repair(s).
