How do I get an update on my RMA? I've not heard anything in a month. I sign into the RMA portal but only see my original notes.

We were holding all WS3 units as there was some issues with the boards (firmware) that needed worked out.

Ian will upgrade the firmware and ship out today.

You will be able to login to the RMA portal and get your tracking # by end of today.

Please note that the switch mentioned here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7045&p=35127&hilit=WS3#p35127 is the same switch being troubleshot in this thread.
