Yeah we tried admin/admin as well. I made sure after this guy we update all of them before we touch a thing!

Yes, PLEASE update your switches as there were serious bugs prior to v1.1.8, we sent out warning PM's and please update as soon as possible several times.

v1.1.8 is SOLID and all the firmware since then.

Hey Chris,

Sorry for the delay here, we have been updating all of our switches as soon as they come in now.

I saw the warning to upgrade firmware in my stupid junk folder..... I will have to check the forums here more often.

What should I do with this brick on my desk? Is it possible to RMA?

I sent you a PM with an RMA Form.

Follow the instructions and send it back and I will erase and reflash the firmware on the switch and send back to you.

Chris,

Did you ever get that switch in the mail? I sent you a PM as well just to make sure.

Thanks!

You sent by mail? We do not have an address to receive "mail" at? We can receive UPS/FedEX/DHL and other carriers but not mail.

Yes, it is here. I have 4 RMA's that have come in over the past couple weeks which I have not had time to sit down at until today.

I started reviewing them today, did not get to yours.

A couple are obvious environmental damage (surges and or ground potential shifts).
People PLEASE read this post and make sure to do proper ground and bond tower grounds to electrical service grounds.
viewtopic.php?f=30&t=188

A couple are user error such as (shorted cables or trying to power unsupported devices).
