RX ethernet errors on 1 vlan

Mon Dec 09, 2019 5:08 pm

Hey guys, I have a ws-26 that I have a specific group of ports sharing one vlan, recently I've started seeing errors on only those ports but I don't know enough to troubleshoot it properly, it almost appears as if something is on one port or downstream that is putting out lots of jabber? It also seems to happen at random times throughout the day.

I've searched, tried enabling flow-control, I looked at bypassing the surge protectors but they have remained the same for years with the same ethernet devices so I will try bypassing them but I don't think that is the issue.

Screenshot attached if you have any ideas on what to look at (i recently reset the stats, I've seen the per interface errors at 500,000+ before)
