Problème SFP PORT

Hello
I have a concern from the port with RJ45 SFP port the brand Mikrotik
the problem is that I am obliged to remove and put back this plug GBIC so that it is detected by the SWITCH each time it restarts .... :headb:

I tried several brands and it's still the same thing
have you ever encountered this problem?
