Downgrade

Can I get a copy of rc19? I have a problem on a switch that began with the upgrade to 1.1.0 and would like to confirm it was the cause by reverting back to rc19.

I doubt 1.1.0 caused it but here.

I doubted it too, but had to rule it out. No change.
