I know this is an old topic but I seem to be having the same issue with a couple of switches. Is there a fix or do we just need to PM you the IP and login info?

I too am running into this same problem. I upgraded the firmware to 1.5.14 and still I'm unable to view the web GUI.

Just bringing this back up. I'm still experiencing this issue. Any assistance would be appreciated.

did you try:
1) cycle power to switch
2) clear browser cache and or try a different browser

This was an OLD issue thread (YEARS AGO) that was due to a mistake by one of our our technicians when serializing at factory and nothing to do with upgrading to v1.5.14.
IF I am understanding you correctly you have a switch that is working fine, I take it you can SSH or Telnet into it but can not get into the web UI?
Try factory defaulting it, or power on factory default.

Factory defaulting did the trick.
