58.4v causing ws-12-250 DC to reboot.

We had a weird one. We had to power a site with lithium batteries with a Battery charger and it boost the batteries (lithium) to 58.4 and works for a while but reboots within a day or less. Tried another switch and same issue. We changed the settings on the charger to drop to 55v and problem solved. The unit says it can handle up to 72v so what is going on? I though maybe it passed the 58v through and causing a ubnt devise to reboot. Does not seem to be the case. So that only leaves the ws-12-250 DC not able to handle 58v? Any ideas?
