Can't log in after updating fw wispswitch-1.5.25.bin

I just updated a WISP Switch™ WS-12-250-DC to fw wispswitch-1.5.25.bin and now I can't log in. The login page says Invalid username or password but I'm sure I'm entering the correct values. Does that fw reset the user/password to something else?

Password hashing was updated, gets reset to "admin" if you are upgrading from before 1.5.17. Important FW notes here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=8160
