I sent a switch for RMA more then a month ago and have yet to have the ticket updated. I am trying to determine if it has been received yet and how long to expect for the repairs. Private msg me for the RMA number and MAC address.

What a shame, the switches are as good as the support is nonexistent, as an organization we just can not use unsupported products.
This situation is particularly frustrating as the switch was never used. Netonix warranty starts when the switch was manufactured, not when the end user receives it. We found this out after the fact, the 10 switches we ordered are all out of warranty as the distributor had them for over a year before we placed the order, the distributor states on their site that they do not warranty Netonix products, now we know why.
These switches are so good, a real company that understands support should by these guys out, as it stands now we will not be ordering Netonix switches again.
