restarting vtss_appl logs with nothing plugged in

We are getting lots of the 'restarting vtss_appl'
We are running 1.5.2rc3 on WS-24-400A Rev E
The only thing plugged in is the computer that I am taking this screenshot with

Anytime you have an issue you should try the latest firmware.

v1.5.2rc4 has fixes for this issue.

Tried that last night after your message, but didn't seem to fix it. I see it on multiple 24 port switches just sitting idle

Post up Device/Config and Device/Status TABs (make sure they are running v1.5.2rc4 or since they are older WS-26 units v1.4.9 or v1.5.0 is OK)
