OK thanks, curious if there maybe a bug when the SFP ports are disabled as most people do not do this which would explain why no one else is reporting this issue.

The Log is not really helpful at this point, we just need to figure out what is triggering the event.

So we try things until it stops, that log is more for users to know what has occurred not so much as to helping for why.

This is not normal, I would pull the unit and Bench test it as explained here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2780#p19221

Obviously this is not normal or there would be many many people reporting this.

Something has to be wrong either in hardware or configuration or bug in relation to your configuration.

The easiest thing to make sure not a hardware issues is to swap in a apare unit and see if issue is still there. If issue is not there after swap and the replacement is the same model same configuration you know the issue is hardware failure or damage. If the issue is there then the issue is configuration or a bug in relation to your configuration.
