Absolutely, go to the RMA portal http://rma.netonix.com
Select create RMA and plug in your MAC.

It will tell you when we manufactured it.
Who we sold it to and on what date.
The order number.
It will also tell you when we shipped it and the shipment number.

You still need to address the Model Year. The model year change date is usually in July, similar to automobile model years. For example: The subject is a 1996 model Fleetwood Barrington doublewide manufactured on 08/01/1995 and permanently placed on its current site in January of 1996 in order to avoid going on the real property tax rolls until 1/1/1997.
