It appears the repair has been completed for some time now. I've not seen the unit or heard that it is shipped.

Can you provide an update as when it will ship?

Hello, so i just looked into this and i sent you an email explaining everything. But long story short, the address we have for your RMA is a PO box and UPS does NOT deliver to PO boxes. So i sent out an email earlier asking for a new address but my email didn't send. We have been having problems with our mail servers and it doesnt always send our emails out.
