Need Spare fans for ws-12-250-dc asap
I keep getting told I cannot login to purchase them.
There is no contact phone for direct order, that I can see.
What's the issue?

Not sure what your issue is, others are placing orders.
You do know that forums and web store are 2 different platforms and require 2 different accounts

Weirdly, it seems that the account I use for purchases (it's been a couple years) was eliminated. I was able to create a "new" account with the same creds.
