im not happy -
my switch is less that 2 years old - and we have several POE ports that have blown.. causing the port and cable to go black - now i have a 500 UK Pound switch unusable. The re-seller is saying its out of warranty and nothing they can do. I am sure there is a 2 years EU warranty law out there - please advise. ( I hjave about 10 of your switches and only this one has had a problem ) s/n is ec13b201abd8 it is the W 26-400 swich

To me, it seem like the're was a short cut. I don't think this is cover by warranty since the source of the problem is external. It's like saying it should be cover under warranty while water leaked in the switch or a lightning strike your tower. It should be up to your insurance to cover this.
