Pair 3, 4 Short or Abnormal Termination

Just connected 5 Hikvision cameras (100M interface) and cable test is failing on all of them. It either says Short or Abnormal Termination on Pairs 3 and 4. Other than that everything seems to be working fine...

That's normal behavior for a 10/100 device

Maybe do some searching and reading on this forum

Start with this thread: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1178

cross-short is the bad ones to look for

But technically there is no Ethernet Standard that shorts pairs so of course it says fail
