Seems to be an issue with the RMA website. First time I filled out the form, I got an internal server error message. Second time I got a screen that said there was an error and to email rma@netonix.com which I did.

Have no idea. Goto rma.netonix.com and RMA it. Since you opted to switch parts even if the unit is within the 1 year warranty period it will be considered a repair. One of the things our techs do is match serial numbers of power supplies ...
